Judy Gray

Judy Gray, CRP, RCC, Global Relocation Director, Cam Taylor Co. Realtors in Columbus, OH has been in the relocation industry for 27+years. She has been a licensed sales associate since 1987 and earned her CRP designation in 1998. Her relocation department’s responsibilities include; the management of broker to broker referrals, corporate business development, property management, and the management and marketing of corporate owned homes.

Judy is past President and Chairman of the Board of the Relocation Directors Council®, an international organization comprised of brokers and relocation directors representing all network affiliations. Her many years of service to RDC also includes Chairing RDC’s Strategic Planning Committee which was the first in 30 years of the organization’s existence. Adding to her years of service within the mobility industry includes Worldwide ERC®’s US Advisory Council and WERC’s Mobility Editorial Advisory Committee.

As a member of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™, Cam Taylor Co. has won numerous industry awards. One of only 35 companies, they hold the RQC (RELO Quality Certification®) designation, the highest award given to a Leading RE company upon completing stringent criteria. The award is patterned after the Malcolm Baldridge Award. For six consecutive years, her company was awarded the “Crown of Excellence” the highest network award given annually to each of only seven companies.

She has served on Leading RE’s Advisory Council and also RELO DIRECT (Leading RE”s Relocation Management Company) Strategy Council. Judy has participated as a speaker, moderator and panelist at local, regional and national relocation meetings. She has served on the Relocation Council of Central Ohio’s® Board of Directors, the Great Lakes Relocation Council Planning Committee, Board of Trustees/Worthington Chamber of Commerce® and Leadership Worthington® Board of Trustees.

Judy’s favorite charity (of many) is the Childhood League Center, http://www.childhoodleague.org/. Judy has been involved with this pre-school for children with multiple learning disabilities since 1982. The organization was founded in 1945 by a group of visionary women who championed educational opportunities for all children. The Childhood League Center, located in downtown Columbus and adjacent to the world renown Nationwide Children’s Hospital, provides a broad range of early childhood educational programs and therapeutic services for children from birth to age 6 in an inclusive environment.

As of January 1, 2015 Judy will become Relocation Consultant for her company. Her plans are to continue attending industry events and contributing to organizations from this new perspective. She welcomes additional time to develop new ideas and implement projects for her company that heretofore wouldn’t fit into her schedule.

Judy feels as though her life has been remarkably blessed with all the wonderful people she’s met. “The reward of helping families conquer one of the most stressful circumstances of relocating their lives is immeasurable. Everyone strives to leave the world a little better than we found it.”
