This Month’s Member Spotlight!
Sarah Alvarez, Referral Coordinator
Stribling & Associates
As Referral Coordinator, Sarah Alvarez supervises all incoming and outgoing referrals at Stribling & Associates. By ensuring that every referral is handled meticulously from start to finish and in a timely manner, Sarah is able to maximize every opportunity for referral income. In addition, Sarah focuses on strengthening existing relationships as well as creating new ones to help Stribling agents expand their presence beyond the New York market.
Born and raised in New York City, where she attended The Nightingale-Bamford School, Sarah is no stranger to the world of real estate. A graduate of Deerfield Academy and Vanderbilt University, Sarah’s professional background includes experience in the mortgage and title industries. She has also lived in Dubai, conducting research as a marketing coordinator for a real estate development group.
As a proud member of the Friar’s Club Sarah supports the Sunshine Committee which has been providing entertainment, companionship and tons of love to senior citizens and children’s centers in the New York area. Whether they are sending singers, musicians, comedians or performance artists to brighten up the residents of nursing homes; or providing clowns, magicians and entertainment for disadvantaged children in group homes, the Sunshine Committee is dedicated to enhancing each and every life they touch.
She also enjoys volunteering at the Food Bank for New York City on a regular basis with a group of like-minded friends participating in everything from preparing food to cleaning the facility. Food Bank For New York City recognizes 31 years as the city’s major hunger-relief organization working to end food poverty throughout the five boroughs. As one of the country’s largest food banks, their mission is to end hunger in New York City by organizing food, information and support for community survival and dignity.
